Warranty Policy

 

SEST Industrial’s warranty is for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise stated.

The warranty is not transferrable and is only valid for the original purchaser of a brand new product and applies from the original date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from an accident, collision, misuse, lack of maintenance, negligence, natural disaster or extreme weather conditions.

SEST Industrial does not offer warranty for surface damage, including scratches, rust, or general aging. This also applies to customers alterations and added accessories.

Warranty is void if the product is used for unintended purpose, abused, intentional damage, unsatisfactory installation or used beyond its capabilities.

Warranty claims must be reported immediately to SEST Industrial and returned to place of purchase at purchasers expense.
